Multiple emails received to the receiver for a single document sent for signature

An initiator initiated a single document for the signature of receiver, the receiver (signer) however is receiving multiple emails for a single document with the subject "Signature requested on XYZ" at the same instant. Why multiple emails dropped for a single document?

at 04:08, 04 duplicate emails and at 04:14 , 03 duplicate emails.

Please help!
