Multiple People in Different Positions for Signing Suddenly Gone!

Hi there,

Up until two days ago I had no problem sending documents with signing positions like this:

1. Person A

1. Person B

1. Person C

2. Person D

2. Person E

3. Person F

This gave the ability for the document to be sent to everyone is position 1 (Persons A, B & C) at the same time.  Once they had all completed it, it moved on to position 2 (Persons D & E).  Once everyone in position 2 was done it moved on the position 3 (Person F).

All of a sudden I can no longer put multiple people into a single position.  This is very frustrating as our agreements often require this feature and one of the reasons we switched to AdobeSign.

Is there something I need to do to allow this to work again?

Thanks in advance.

Mark.

Aah, looks like your account admin might have turned off - "Allow senders to specify hybrid routing order" under Account--> Account Settings--> Send Settings.

You need to get that re-enabled. You will also see the drag and drop functionality once you enable that setting.

If you think that is not the case, can you just send a private message with your Adobe Sign email ID so that I can take a look.

Thanks

Hi Mark,

I am unsure what you mean by "All of a sudden I can no longer put multiple people into a single position."

I just dragged and dropped multiple emails on top of each other to have them sign in parallel, check the screenshot below:

Please let me know if you were trying something different.

Thanks

Hi Sameer,

Thanks for the quick response!

In the past what I was doing was assigning the same value to multiple email addresses. So I would put "1" next to the three first email addresses and "2" for the next two, etc.  Now, all of a sudden if I change one to "1" it bumps the email that was in the position to "2" and so on.

How is it that you drag and drop the email addresses?  I don't seem to be able to do this.  When I drag one over-top of another it only allows me to put it before or after; it wont let me put it in parallel.  You can see from my screen shot that I am trying to place my third email over top the first one and it wont let me, it will only allow it to go after or before.
