Hi,

I need to collect multiple qualified signatures from the same persons in one document.

How can I do that? Currently, I can only collect one QES from every person.

Thanks

Jack

Hi Jack26315442oxl3,

Thank you for reaching out.

You may get multiple signatures on a document from the same person using the Acrobat Sign service.

Please refer to the following help page to check how the document is sent for signature using the Acrobat Sign: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/send-for-signature.html

Would you mind elaborating on "multiple qualified signatures"?

Please let us know how you are currently sending the document for signature.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi there,

This is unfortunately not the solution. If I have several signature blocks in one document (and in each of these signature blocks, the same two persons should sign), I can collect as many advanced electronic signatures as I need. But it I need qualified electronic signatures instead, I can only collect one signature per document from a person.

How can I collect multiple qualified signatures from a person in one document?

Thanks

Hey Jack26315442oxl3!

Would you mind elaborating on what you mean by qualified signatures?

Are you referring to the digital signatures/ certificates?

If yes, then it is possible in Acrobat Sign. You may add the Digital Signature fields in place of the signature field.

Please refer to the following help document to check the types of signature fields available in Acrobat Sign: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/field-types.html

You may also refer to the Acrobat Sign legal and security information on the following help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/faq.html.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
