Multiple Signature fields being removed when document is sent

Question

Ive added multiple signature fields and name fields to a document but when it's sent out for signature, the fields disappear and the user is only asked to sign once, on the very last page. Is this a bug??

Hello Rhys,Can you confirm how many signers you have added in this document and were the signature fields being assigned correctly to each signer? You can check that by double clicking the form fields in preview page and see the role drop down for signers.Regards,-Rijul
