Hello,

I want to send documents that require 2 parties to sign - how do i send them the document without them seeing each others email addresses? I wish to keep them seperate.

I have tried sending document to one party and then saving to forward on to the next but that doesnt work either.

Thanks

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

You can get documents signed by others using the Fill and Sign tool, which relies on cloud services provided by Adobe Acrobat Sign. It lets signers quickly sign agreements from anywhere using a web browser or mobile device. Signers are not required to purchase any Adobe product to sign the agreements.

For more information, please check the help page https://adobe.ly/4323Yyu

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Amal,

Yes, I know how to use the feature.

However, when I send the contract to multiple clients, it shares each persons email address with each other which I do not want for GDPR reasons.

How can I send to multiple people and keep their information private?

Thanks
