Multiple Signers at Single Step

Is there a way for Adobe sign to allow several different signers with their own signature fields to receive the document at the same time? The catch is that we have other signers that need to sign before the next level so we can't use the complete in any order feature as that would make all the other signers receive the agreement at the same time.

These signers take a long time to review the document thoroughly and are not dependent on one another. In order to save time we'd like for them to all get the notice at the same time.

The order would need to be a variation of:

1) Signer #1

2) Signer #2, Signer #3, Signer #3

3) Signer #4

4) Signer #5

Hi Andrewk,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Yes, you can achieve the workflow you are looking for using the Workflow designer feature to send the documents.

As you have assumed already, the feature is only available with the Adobe Sign Enterprise account.

You may refer this link Subscription plans for eSign services | Adobe Document Cloud for further information.

Hope the information helps.

Let us know if you have any question.

I think I have found the answer. It looks like you need to create a custom workflow through the Workflow designer feature. It looks like this feature is only available at the enterprise level and would not be available for the plans purchased through the website.

Can anyone verify this?

Here is the article I am referring to:
