Mutiple forms duplicating data being input

Hello, I have different templates for services and sometimes I choose two from to go out as one document to the signer, however I have foind that some of the text input into the first form duplicates itself in the second form, this is an issue as it is copying items like company registration number to the email form on the 2nd template

Please can someone help
