Mutliple Signers on an Internal Form and Saving it to a DMS

We have an internal form that will be signed by three, sometimes four, people.  I added a digital id form field so that multiple people can sign the document.  After signing Adobe forces a document save, and really, that's not the actual issue.  The issue is that it forces the save locally and we need to save it to our DMS.  In our prior PDF application, we had the ability to do that because there was an option in the local save window to connect to the DMS.  Does anyone know how we can add that type of integration to the local save window?  Although we have an integration with our DMS, it does not show up in that window.
