My Adobe profile and eSign profile are not in sync. Cannot edit eSign profile.
My Adobe profile and eSign profile are not in sync. I have changed name and email address but cannot edit my profile for eSign. When forwarding a document for signature using Acrobat DC the recipients sees an incorrect misleading name/address.
Have found the eSign portal and clicked on profile icon .. name and address appear locked. Seen other comments in forums on this about.. it appears only solution to post here and wait for a staff member to offer to fix.
I'm using what appears to be standard features in Acrobat DC but the UI is extremely clumsy and un-intuitive and I'm really struggling. Thinking about going to back to a DC version from 3-4 years ago.
