My signed documents are coming back unsigned.

Hi,

I use Adobe sign for invoicing and when I get the fnal PDF after all signee's have signed it still says unsigned and stays in the worklist? This has happened on muliple occasions and does not give me the final page of the document with the information from creation to completion? Whilst it isnt happening on ALL docs it does appear to be happening more frequently. Can anybody shed any light on this please?

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.

 

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. I see that the attached PDF has a name that includes unsigned. The initial file that was used to send for signature was named as such. There is not much that can be done about that now. You may save the file with a different name.

You can change the agreement name on the Send page when sending the document for signature. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4j1rmBh.

Please let us know how you got the completed PDF and where you got the information that the document is not signed. It would be helpful if you could share some screenshots for reference. 

 

I suggest clearing the browser's cache and cookies. You may also try using an alternate browser or a new incognito window on Chrome. See if that helps.

Hi Meenakshi, 

Thank you for this information I will clear the browsers cache and cookies.

 

I've attached a screenshot of the issue I'm having, as you can see the email says the document is signed and filed but the PDF says unsigned, when I open the PDF the signatures are on there but the last page of the document which details creation to completion is missing and the document remains in my worklist.
