My signer signs the form, but some are not going through.

Hi,

I have been sending around 2-5 documents per day to be signed to my signer, and she is having an error where she will sign all of them, but I will only receive signatures on about 90% of the documents signed. I would say 1 in every 10 documents do not come back signed –> I remind her –> she tells me she has already signed it –> I have to send again –> she has to sign again.

Is there any way to prevent/fix this problem in the future?
