Name field not appearing as Signer Info field

I created a new template but when adding fields, the Signer Info Name field would not appear on the document when sent for signature.  I could re-open the template and it was still there, it just didn't appear for signature.  The recipient was not able to fill in anything for that field.  I finally gave up and changed it to a plain text field and it appeared as expected.  All other fields worked as expected.  This was a very simple document, only sent to 1 recipient and did not require any additional signatures.

    Please be informed "Signer Info Name field' will automatically capture the Signers name of the document, sign won't have to fill the information in that field.

    Please check your document, signer's name would have automatically captured in that field.

    My document didn't capture one of the signer's names - it shows one correctly:  Mary Smith (mary@cuzco.com), but the other signer shows as joe@xyzco.com (joe@xyz.com).  How do I change that to reflect Joe Smith as the other signer?
