"Name" field of one user not shown when sent out

Hi

I have been encountering an incredibly annoying problem that is greatly hindering my workflow.

I am creating a order-form that is first sent to me for signing and then to the customer for signing. Although I am adding the name for "Signer 2" it does not get shown when sent out. This only persists with this field.

Please make sure you are assigning the fields correctly.

Double click on the field & check if it is assigned to the correct "Recipient".
