Name field populated by my Japanese kanji character name - how to use alphabetic name for overseas

I received a document for signature from a client.  When I go to the page to sign the document, my name in the signature block is already filled in with my name BUT IN JAPANESE KANJI CHARACTERS.  I want to use my alphabetic name so the client can read it.  Where does Adobe Sign get my name which has auto-populated the Name field?
