Name of sender wrong in "You signed: ... " confirmation email
Hi,
When I make a signature request, the email that gets sent has sender name "Adobe Acrobat Sign on behalf of <correct name>" where <correct name> is my name. After signing, the confirmation email has sender name is "Adobe Acrobat Sign on behalf of <wrong name>" where <wrong name> is an old business name of mine. That <wrong name> shows up nowhere in my account settings. Is this some synchronization issue on your end? Or is there some way that I can fix it myself?
