I read some people having issue with eSign Developer Account without APIKey.

Please let me know hot to get it or is there any Internal staff that can enable the feature on my DevAccount?

Another support personnel helped me out.

Thanks for your response.

Btw, why enabling the API key need a support to do that for developer account? Developer should have access to those kind of setting for testing the functionalities.
