Need confirmation please that my Adobe sign trial will not automatically turn into a subscription

The only message I can find in your database on this subject is dated 2017. I want to cancel the trial, but it does not appear in my list of plans once I log in and there is no cancelation link on the email that welcomed me to the trial.
