Need help with Adobe sign file attachment

Hi currently I am on Adobe Sign trial. I made a web form which my client can attach file into it and auto generate a agreement to sign. Can I know where attached file kept ? As the file contained sensitive things, I wish to add on the security for it

If you had added the form field to attach the file, the document will be attached at the end of the signed agreement after the signature process is complete. For more information, refer to the title "File attachment" in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3BjZHLJ.
