Need help with Fill & Sign

Hi,

I'm trying to use the fill and sign feature, but every time I click on it, the pdf I'm working with disappears and all I can see on the mostly blank screen is the fill and sign "ribbon" at the top. I've successfully used this feature many times, but for some reason I'm now having this issue with it on every pdf I try to use it on. Please advise, thanks!
