Need more details in my e signature

I want my e signature to show my details, e.g. business name, time of signature etc but when I "fill and sign" none of that appears. Any clues?

Sorry for the delsy in response.

As you have mentioned above, you use fill & sign add signarture to the document.

Could you please confirm if you are referring to the Fill & Sign tool in Acrobat application or the Fill & Sig option in Adobe Sign?

How exaclty did you recieve the document for signature?
