Need multiple signature with conditional routing logic

Question

I have bouth Acrobat Pro -  I want to send PDF template to a person A who must complete section 1 and section 2 and sign section 2. If they don't want to delegate anyone, they checkbox in section 1 and submit the form back to me. If they want to delegate someone, they checkbox in section 2, complete section 3 and send it to the delegate who has to sign section 3 and send it back to the grant leader who then submit the complete form to me. Is this possible to do in Acrobat Pro?

This can be done using the Acrobat Sign custom Workflow feature. For detailed information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/44KhYxB.

We checked that you are using the Acrobat Sign individual service plan. The feature is not available with your current plan.

You may also try adding a condition in Acrobat Sign when adding form fields. Refer to the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/3KiGQFV. Check if this works for your workflow.
