Need the final audit report attached to signed document

I has asked asked to attach the final audit trail to the signed document, but I can only find a way to download the audit report as a separate file. I tried combining them, but since it is a digitally signed file it is protected from changes. How can I download the signed document with the attached audit report?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

Please check the email you receive once the document is signed and filed. It should contain the attached audit report.

There is an option to attach the audit report to documents when downloading from the Manage page in the account settings. However, the settings are not available for individual users.

 

 

For users with Acrobat sign individual plans, the settings are not available to make these changes.

Has this functionality been removed? The audit report used to automatically attached to the signed file? Now I have to download 2 seperate files, and other users have mentioned the 2 files are not able to be combined. ?

We checked that you have the Acrobat Sign Enterprise service plan. The option is still available. Please check if the feature is enabled under the Global Settings. If you do not have admin access to the account, please check with the account admin in your company. Check the screenshot of the settings below:

I have worked out that the audit report and document is returned as separate documents if selecting "digital signature". However, if
"e-signature" is selected, the audit report and document are merged and returned as one.
Still working with admin regarding the global preference.

    Hello Meenakshi,

     

    So if I want to be able to download the Audit Report attached to the signed document, then what changes do I need to make to my account to be able to do so? I currently have an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription, and I need to be able to download the signed document with the Audit Report attached for my work.
