Need to Change Email Associated with My Profile

I've searched far and wide but there is NO option to change the email address associated with my account. I want to use my work email, not my personal... do I have to delete my whole account, cancel payments and lose all my templates?? HELP!!! Seems so basic. 😞

I also have the same problem. I paid for this program, I'm the owner and now I have changed jobs and all of my documents are going to my old work email! They are able to see my work and they are my competition now!! This is insane.

Hi Matt,

If you dont see an option to change your email in Account--> My Profile, try going to Adobe ID  and try n change your email under Accounts tab.

If you are not able to do that from there either, that means you are not entitled to change the email address on your own as your accounts are managed by your company. You should talk to your account admin to help you change your email.

I am the admin/owner of my account and I have the same issue. I need to change the email associated with my account and the option is not listed under any of the edit options.
