Need to edit a file before sending

Hi,

We have a doc where we need to give some input before sending doc to Contact.

e.g.

(      ) No credit file

(      ) Insufficient number of credit references provided

(  ) Limited credit experience

We need to be able to click the appropriate boxes before sending.

Also we have a text field which needs to be editable before sending.

Please help

Hi rijiak82190270 ,

So you wish to add these details before sending out the contract. in that case you can assign the prefill by sender tole to those fields.

Hi,

First of all, thank you so much for your reply on this.

I am using Conga composer to generate doc.Then sending this generated doc

to contact. So, in that case how can I use this?

By the way I am getting the option "Preview, position signature or add form

fields". Only getting ' Preview & Add Signature Fields"' .

Hi,

I have added ESPreview=1 in my button. So, now before sending doc it is allowing to preview, add check box and all. But sender has to place check boxes each time before sending a doc. Can we place the check boxes in template using some parameter or something like that and sender will just make it true if applicable as we have lots of such check boxes.
