Need to encrypt Credit card info in a fillable PDF

I have a document that we send to customers to both sign and enter in credit card information. These forms are emailed using "Send for signature" feature in Adobe Acrobat pro-DC. I just need to know how I can encrypt a text field after a customer put's in their Credit card info, and then decrypt it once I get it back.

in the field properties you can apply a mask, so the field is like a password field.

Thanks!  That's a cool feature...but what about the second part of the question, which was how to go about decrypting once it is sent back?

    Hi Dhhsc,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you need to encrypt or decrypt a PDF form, you can refer to the steps provided in this helps document Adobe Experience Manager Help | Encrypting and Decrypting PDF Documents.

    Hope that helps.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

    Regards,
