Need to support Android users

Adobe, as well as Echosign needs to support Android users.  The Echosign app from Adobe is only available for the Apple Mobile devices.  We know and understand that the wealthy Elite Apple owners are Adobe's target audience, however we would like to have support the more practical Android users.

In addition to the information being passed on, there are some quick fix notes for Android users:

If you are experiencing an issue where you are zoomed in to close on the document to see the signature boxes (i.e., the e-sign button is missing), you'll want to Zoom out using the Android touch interface and/or use Chrome browser (which has been tested and works with Echosign)

If you have Auto-Rotate disabled, and you encounter a form field, the page will tell you to rotate, and then you'll be frozen to that view because auto-rotate is disabled. To correct this issue you'll need to enable auto-rotate on your phone (which is typically a default setting on most newer android devices).

Thanks!

Adobe has ceased support for flash player on any mobile device, however it is still possible to sideload flash player on Android devices: http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/google-android/install-flash-on-android-kitkat-smartphone-tablet-lollipop-3417930/
