New CC account created by mistake and deleted

When changing the email on my works CC account, I created a new CC account by mistake. I deleted this account but I now can not use my new works email on my works CC account.

I have heard it takes upto 30 day for a deleted account to be acknowledged. Is there a way to speed this up?
