new to sign

I have two questions...

Once I send a doc for signature and it's signed and returned and I want to send same doc again for another signature I don't seem to see that function.

I end up downloading to desktop and  then drag-n drop to "send" again to another email address. Isa there a feature to take recieved doc and attach to send?

The other question pertains to sending a doc to multiple emails recipients ...if I send to 4 reciepients do I get 4 signed docs or one with all 4 signatures on it?

And does it matter if I select in oreder or no order button

Hi scottb55431196,

The answer to your first query:

If you want multiple signatures on the same document, you can send it one time and assign signer fields in the required order.

So the document will first go to the first signer. Once it will get sign by the first signer, it will automatically send to the second signer.

You can refer the steps provided in "Get multiple parties to sign a document" in this help link: Get started with Adobe Sign | tutorials

However, if you want to first receive the document and send it to the second signer after that, then there is no feature for that.

You have to download the file first and then attach it to send.

The answer to your Second query:

You can get documents signed in both ways:

  • If you want to get multiple signatures on a single document, please follow the steps provided in the answer to your first query.
  • On contrary, if you require the document signed by multiple users separately, you can use mega sign option, where you receive a separate document from each signer. You can refer to the tutorial provided for "Get document signed by a large number of recipients using Mega Sign" in the help link provided above.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi
