New Web Interface is Painfully Slow

The web interface for adobe sign changed to document cloud a few weeks ago.  It is now painfully slow.  It takes several minutes to load each page.  Eventually each pages does load (usually) but only after waiting a long, long time!  It used to be lightening fast.  What happened and how do we fix it??  There is no way we can use adobe sign like this.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still experiencing the issue when you use the Document Cloud web interface?

If yes, please try once to clear the cache and cookies of the browser.

Try alternate browser or open the link in Incognito window.

Check if that helps.
