No Apply Button on Cell Phones

Can someone please tell me why all of my customers that I send documents out for signatures say that they cannot get the apply button to activate on their cell phones after they input their initials or signatures. It is finally come to a point where I'm ready to jump-ship to Docusign. This is painful and unprofessional. Is there something I don't know about as a way to get this to work?

    Hi richardh87804075​,

    Once you click on the Signature field to Sign the document there will be a bank field at the top left corner where you need to enter your name & then Type/Draw/Image your signature, once done "Apply" button will be active.
