Question

No Documents showing under shared by you, despite sending several?

Hi, 

I am hoping someone may be able to help. I have sent several documents out for e-signature- (Adobe Acrobat)- yet nothing is showing under my agreements section- nothing drafted/ completed or in progress- yet I know some of the items have been completed as I have had emails back. I have tried logging out and in again but no change. There have been several documents sent out for signature using Adobe Acrobat. Not certain why this is happening. 

If anyone is able to assist- Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

 

We have checked your account using the email address associated with your community account. We see that you have an Acrobat Sign individual service plan. Additionally, we notice that two documents were sent for signature in your account. 

Could you please confirm the email address used for the Acrobat application in the private message? You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page. It will help us ensure that you are signed in to the correct account. 

 

If you have sent a document recently, could you please share more information on how many documents you sent and when? We can check at the backend to ensure.

Hi Meenakshi, 

Thank you for your message. I have sent at least 6 documents out for signature- I have since managed to view my sent documents when clicking on updates under the notifcations tab but am uncertain why this error occured and whether it may happen again? (When clicking on the notifcations tab to a recent document this seems to have promted everything to appear- but when i try this under my documents/shared by you space it still shows nothing?)

Thank you for the information.

 

The documents under "Shared by you" do not show the documents sent for signature. It shows the document that you share with others to review or add comments using the Share PDF feature.

 

To view the document you sent for signature, you can just scroll down to Agreements and check the 'In Progress' folder. You may refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4r7ermK.
