No notifications or updates on Abobe E-sign documents

I've been experiencing issues with the Adobe E-Signature process since last week. Although my signees recievd and signed the documents (and provided screenshots to that effect), my agreements do not update and neither do I receive notifications from the process.

    Please try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Try signing in to the account via the new incognito window on Chrome. 

    Ensure that the settings are enabled for notification on your account. 

    Could you please confirm the Acrobat Sign version you are working on? Check if it happens with a particular document/ recipient or with all the documents you send for signature.

    Hi Meenakshi

     

    Thanks for your response - it seems that the notification issue was not actually an Adobe issue! It was actually the user that did not complete the process, so he signed, took a screenshot, but did not 'submit' the signed page! After clearing that, I got the notification.
