Could you please share more details about the issue?

What version of the Adobe Sign app is installed?
Could you please provide a screenshot of the notification settings for the application on the device?
Also, share the Acrobat Sign and operating system version numbers on the iOS device.

Please ensure that the app is installed with the latest update, check for any pending updates from the AppStore, download it, restart the app, and the phone, and try again.
