No Signature Panel appears.....anytime.....ever!

Question

I'm using a paid version of Adobe Sign. When the client signs the docs the blue bar, date & time appear (which is good) but no Signature Panel ever appears at the top of the signed page or on the Audit Report. I've reviewed all of my Account Settings but nothing changes. I need the Signature Panel for my docs to be compliant with the authorities (financial services industry). Here's hoping for a result......I'm at my wits end.

As you have mentioned above, the signature panel does appear. Please confirm about the panel you are referring to.

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot.
