No template option for eSignature

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

If you are referring to the option to save the form as a template before sending it for signature, it is still available. On the "Preview and Add fields", please click the Save option before clicking the Send button. Check the screenshot below:

If that is not the case, please share the screenshot of the options you see on that page.
