Non-functionality of paid product Adobe Acrobat Sign

We BNC POWER PROJECTS LTD., has been paid INR.9,570.98/- for the Acrobat Sign (Product No. 65268028) on dt. 23/09/2022 via our credit card.

 

We purchased the product after a long discussion with your sales representative Mr. Ashwani Narwat (Inbound Sales Manager)  on number 18001025567 (Time: 03:00 pm as per IST). 

 

The product purchased should have the function of DSC signature on multiple pages of a single PDF file at one time only, which was confirmed by your mentioned sales representative at the time of discussion. But as we are not getting the required functionality and also unable to use our paid product, we tried a lot to call back  (more than 25 times) on the same number but could not get any response. Which is very disappointing to us. 

 

We request to take the matter on an urgent basis and provide us the product as per our requirement or refund our money paid for the same and close our product service which is not useful to us at all.
