Not able to attach file

I am not able to attach any file from my computer or salesforce documents.

Hi Lokendras,

I have checked that you are using Adobe Sign trial account.

Could you please let us know where exactly you are trying to attach the documents?

It does not seem to be the Adobe Sign interface.

Would like to inform you that Adobe Sign trial account has all the features of an Enterprise account except the integration.

You can sign-in to you Adobe Sign trial account using this link Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign.

I was able to request an e-signature through my Adobe Acrobat account on the online/web site  when it wouldn't work through the desktop app. Not a total fix but at least a quick solution when you need something signed asap
