Not able to fill out sign form

We have been using sign forms for the 6 months without any issues, then this week we are not able to fill out the sign forms and send them off to customers. We pick the form, enter the email address and prepares the document, but then when we go to fill in the information to submit, we are not able to type information into the pre-assigned text boxes, We are only able to move the boxes, add boxed etc, but not able to type into them.

We have tried to create a new sign form and we have the same result.

I am having the same issue, starting between September 3 and September 8.

I am also having issues with it not saving changes - in particular some input boxes that revert to previous size after making larger and saving.

This is now happening to me too!  I have a template that's worked fine since last February and worked fine for me last on Sept 6.  Then starting on Sept 7 whenever I send the template out for signatures (it always goes to me first for prefilling) I don't receive the template as a form for prefilling but rather the form opens in the template editor/creator page.  What happened?  To my knowledge there weren't any significant updates pushed out by Adobe. I use Google Chrome but haven't done a lot of troubleshooting yet such as trying Firefox but it's frustrating that all of a sudden something that's worked hundreds of times for the past half year stops working.

Hello,

Can you confirm when exactly did you start facing this issue? We had an update this week, just wanted to know if that caused this behavior to change.

Thanks
