Not able to generate Authorization Code

Hi All,

I am a newbie to Adobe e-sign. I am interested in integrating my application with Adobe e-sign using REST APIs v5. I downloaded the sample programs and was trying to use it. As a first step I am not able to generate the Authorization Code, below is the URL I am trying to run:

https://secure.na1.echosign.com/public/oauth?redirect_uri=https://xxx.com&response_type=code&client_id=########&scope=user_login:self+agreement_send:account

This gives me the following error.

What am I missing.
