Not getting signature back. What am I doing wrong?

I sent two separate documents to two separate people for signature using "send for signature" in Acrobat Pro DC. Both people were able to sign, but it didn't track back on my end. One sent me a screen shot so I could see the signature. The other sent me back what was completed, but the signature didn't come through. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
