Not receiving notification email once agreement is sent or signed

Hello. I used to receive emails on outlook every time I sent an agreement or once it was signed. Now I am not receiving them anymore. I checked the spam folder, if there was any rule on outlook (not the case), and my email is associated on my AdobeSign account. Could you please help me solve this? Thank you.

We are also facing the same issue since 5:30am IST. Below is the error message. Is there some issue which the team at Adobe is aware of?

Expecting 'REJECTED,RECALLED' but was 'EMAIL_BOUNCED'

Hello. I do not have the option "My notifications" under my profile (please see below). I have reviewed the documents and it says under activity "Email bounced". Could you please help me solve this matter?
