Not receiving signatures

New to EchoSign and people say they've signed and clicked 'submit' but nothing is coming back to me and there are no signed docs in the Cloud.  Any thoughts?

    Hello Elizabeth43492115,

    Can you ask the signer to use a different browser and again esign documents. If they issue still persists, open a ticket with support and provide the document details in it:
