Even though I'm using the paid version, it won't let me combine scans. How do I contact tech support???

Could you please confirm the subscription and the Adobe application you are using?

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in here on the community page. There is no subscription listed on your account.

Are you using any alternate email address for the paid version? If yes, would you mind sharing it with us in private message?
