Notification when a field is complete?

Anyone have a work-around for this problem? 

• You send a conflict of interest agreement to all staff via Mega Sign.
• The form offers two fields: "I have no conflicts" and "Yes, I have a conflict and they are....", then they sign.

Other than reviewing each and every signed agreement to see which feilds were complete, is there a way to search to see if a particular field was complete? (I only need to review the docs that have the field "Yes, I have a comflict" complete). 

I realize it may be too late for this one, but also exploring ideas for future sends. Thanks!
