notifications non reçues

Depuis quelques jours, nous ne recevons plus les notifications qui nous informent du progrès des procédures de signature. Dans notre compte Acrobat Sign, en vérifiant dans le volet "activity", nous avons un message d'erreur " email sent to Yvonne bounced back and couldn't be delivered"".

Bonsoir,
J'ai le même problème. J'utilise le service depuis plusieurs années sans problèmes mais ma boîte mail a été indisponible quelques jours la semaine dernière et ne reçoit plus les notifications d'envoi et de signature depuis. Mon adresse est conforme, peut-elle être bloquée par Adobe Sign si elle n'était disponible/joignable ? Comment la débloquer si c'est le cas ?
