Office Templates not supported

Question

But we have to handle dotx, potx and xltx-Files. Not supported by Adobe Sign?

What can i do?

When i try to make a copy from the dotx to docx with Power Automate Flow Copy File Action i can upload the Document to Adobe Sign but the Agreement generation failed.

Any automated Workarounds?

Please try converting the dotx file to docx and uploading it in Acrobat Sign.

Would you mind sharing the file with us if that does not work?

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of your workflow. Share the screenshot of the error message that appears.
