Offline Signing with Templates

We are testing Adobe Sign as a possible tool for our business needs. One of our primary concerns is the ability to onboard new clients in their homes where internet access may not be available. Our onboarding process consists of a somewhat lengthy series of forms, so we are setting up library templates for the various enrollment scenarios. Is it possible to download these templates for offline use in the Adobe Sign mobile app (specifically on iOS, if it matters)?
