I am trying to sign a document but it is asking for my password, how do I get that

    Greetings!

    If you are being challenged for a password before you can view the document, then the sender of that transaction has configured the password as a second factor authentication.  Because the Sender configured that password, you can only get it from them.

    The best way to get in touch with the sender would be to reply to the original "Please Sign" email, and ask them to call you back with the password.

    Adobe Sign support will not have access to that password (as a practical matter of security), so your only recourse is to contact the originator of the transaction.
