On completion of sign, old company name showing on email FROM field

Hi all.

Been struggling with this for a long while now, and been passed yet again to support by our account suppliers. Example:

From: Adobe Sign on behalf of User Name <adobesign@adobesign.com>
Sent: 22 March 2023 15:04
To: User Name <User.Name@domain.co.uk>
Subject: Signature requested on "Adobe Test"

and once signed, it then shows:

From: Adobe Sign on behalf of OLD Company Name <adobesign@adobesign.com>
Sent: 22 March 2023 15:05
To: User Name <User.Name@domain.co.uk>; User Name <User.Name@domain.co.uk>
Subject: You signed: "Adobe Test"

Nowhere else we can see that we can change this for the entire account.

Please help.

Hi default260712167iyxmg,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please share your email address for the Acrobat Sign account in a private message.

Also, share the name that appears and the name it should show.

You may initiate a private message via the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

We will check the account and provide you the correct information.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thanks for responding Meenakshi

The ticket I had open for this was E-000877613, which is now resolved.

For others to be aware, I suspect this was due to the recent migration from AdobeID to BusinessID.

The fix is somewhat time-consuming with 33 users to deal with. We had to unlicense the user, wait for the automated email confirming this. Re-license the user. Get the user to log into Adobe.Com and check/amend their company name, and then it would update to match the admin portal. Notes from Adobe Support Staff seem to be missing the steps we had to take regarding licencing...

As discussed, we tried changing the company name from adobe.com Once the name was changed and you tried login using the URL https://documents.adobe.com/public/login company name was showing correct .

If any user will face this issue again you can ask the user to log in to Adobe.com and change the Conpany name from Adobe.com.
