Question

Once doc approved, do not want document automatically sent to approvers- how do I change this?

Once all the approvers have signed the document, the approved document is distributed via email automatically to all the approvers.  I don't want this automatic email to occur because I need to control the distirbution of the document.  How do I change this setting.

Hi VictoGen,

 

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

 

As you are using the Acrobat Standard, it includes the Acrobat Sign individual plan. The settings to disable the document attachment are not available with this plan.

The settings are available for business and enterprise accounts.

Which product are you using? If using Acrobat Pro - thee setting cannot be changed.

If using Sign for Business or Enterprise - need to be an administrator to change the settings.
